All of us in VENTT would like to thank each and every one of you for your
support over the years. We had a great time and met allot of great people
along the way, but it's time for us to move on and persue other endeavors.
Keep your eyes peeled for a couple of new projects to rise up from the ashes.
"AMP" (Acevedo Music Project) is Karmen and Matt's newest journey. Look for
some exciting new things to come from it! Troy has joined a new Brutal Music
Project entitled "Lesser Known God" which will be ripping up a stage near you
in a few months. The website is in the works and will be posted here soon.
Please continue to check back here often as we'll continue to update the site
on all projects relating to "X" VENTT members.

Due to the bad weather conditions, VENTT was forced to re- schedule there final show.
The show has been re-scheduled for this Saturday, April 12th at Links in Dallas... 9:00PM.
Our appologies go out to all of you who came out last night and we PROMISE to make it up to you with one hell-o-va killer show this Saturday so don't miss it!

Update from Karmen:
Just a quick update to let you know that April 5th will be the last show for VENTT; it is also my birthday show! I must say between 10 years with Livid Rage and 3 with VENTT, my life could not have been filled with so many great times and friends without all of your help. The band is parting ways, but we’ll all still remain friends and will be seeking out new horizons in the next musical chapter of our lives. I am going to pursue something I have wanted to do for a while and that is singing the Blues. I have made some really good connections along the blues scene in the DFW area, so after the April 5th show, will come the time that this all starts to unveil into a new adventure. I will be taking my guitar virtuoso husband and best friend Matt Acevedo with me on this adventure, and we plan to pursue the Blues crowds the same way we have done with the rock crowds for the past 13 years consistently and diligently. Thanks for all the support that you have given to us over the years. And to Troy, Fred and John I would like to thank you guys for some of the best music I have ever been involved with due to their professional playing skills. You guys are like my brothers and we will remain as such forever. Thanks to Harder Beat and Linda Hollar, Dixie Beasley, etc. for their support of myself and the bands I have been involved with in the past 13 years. This is not the end, just a new beginning, for all of us! Hope to see everyone at Links April 5th for the final blowout.

Don't forget! VENTT will be playing at Lonestar Country Club tonight with Mudflap! Only 2 bands playing so you know what that means right?! Extended sets! We'll be playing a ton of new material so come on out and take part in the festivities!

To start off the New Year right, we're putting the finishing touches on a new 4 song demo CD that we should hopefully have available at the next show on the 31st. Hit the Audio section and check out the first tune available called "Bring It" and let us know what you think in the "Interact" section! We're anxious to hear your comments!!! More tunes will be made available soon. We'll see you all on the 31st!
